- well-designed projects are the most important instrument for organizational development;
- Projects that believe they can ignore the organization around them either become very expensive or fail;
- Projects and project management not only do substantive work, but this work is above all a social event: "It's the people...". Whether it's the project team or the stakeholders, it's about managing people.
My offer
At the same time, and on the other hand, I will offer myself much more as a co-operation partner. Critical and important projects are so complex, that also the consultants have to organize. Change management in digital transformation in particular makes it clear that different competencies are needed.
Aside from consulting, I also like to be involved operationally in projects as a change manager or person responsible for stakeholder engagement.
