Skills for "Ad-hoc" Project Managers

Project management is not only carried out by people with the job title of project manager. Many people are faced with the challenge of managing projects at short notice and in addition to their actual tasks. However, there is usually not enough time for comprehensive project management training or even for certification in one of the major methodologies.

I am offering a compilation of focused elements that can be implemented at short notice, which start with the essential basics and allow for more in-depth knowledge over the course of the project. Accompanying individual coaching has proven particularly useful. The specific content of the training courses is adapted to the conditions and characteristics of your organization. We will build on your standards, especially in risk and quality management.

Basics of projectmanagement

If possible, before the start of the project is a good time for this basic seminar. Depending on the scope of the content, there are two or three seminar days. If desired, I can also convey the content in several one-day workshops:
