Stefan Jäger
Stefan Jäger is a conrporate consultant based in Vienna.
One focus of his work is the area of project management. He offers his service in two roles: Both as an interim project manager who is part of the organization and takes over responsibility for manging projects and programmes, and as a consultant for companies and project mangers facing complex situations.
His second focus is on organization development: He supports companies and institutions when entering unknow territories, e.g. when they face changes in their environment that demand deeper changes of the organization itself.
